Dialogic Corporation to Present at ITEXPO West and Exhibit at the Open Source Pavilion, Booth 108

WHO: James Rafferty and Jeff Dworkin of Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for multimedia and signal processing, have been invited to speak at ITEXPO West.

Rafferty, Dialogic's product line director for integrated media gateways, is responsible for VoIP Gateway products sold to carriers and related market strategies. He has been active in the standards process through his work with the Internet Engineering Task Force and the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).

Dworkin, a recognized pioneer in the voice processing and Internet telephony industries, is enterprise marketing manager of Dialogic. Previously, he co-founded Interface Alternative (later renamed iFace.com) and implemented some of the first commercial grade IVR systems that included speech recognition, speaker verification and text-to-speech systems.

Additionally, Dialogic's Joe Mele will be participating at the 4G Wireless Evolution Conference, co-located at ITEXPO West. Mele is vice president at Dialogic Media Labs, a unit of Dialogic Corporation that develops software to power the next generation of IP video applications.

WHAT: Rafferty's session, "Is VoIP Dead? Where do We Stand?," will take place on September 3rd at 8:30 a.m. and will feature industry experts addressing the current state of Voice over IP in today's marketplace. Dworkin will present "Open Source Telecommunications: Enabling Anyone to Build a Bad Telephony Application," which will discuss the details of designing application interfaces that need to be used in a "listen only" mode. His session will take place on September 3rd at 10:30 a.m. Dialogic will also be exhibiting at the Open Source Pavilion in Booth 108.

Joe Mele will present on "Wireless Video Strategies" with a focus on video quality of experience in a 4G environment at the 4G Wireless Evolution Conference on September 2nd at 11:40 a.m.

Additionally, Dialogic will present at Ingate's free "SIP Trunking: Everything You Need to Know" workshop on September 2nd at 8:30 a.m. in Room 502A. The workshop will enable end users, resellers, distributors and systems integrators to learn about SIP trunking and will discuss Legacy PBX/PSTN and SIP trunking business strategy.
