GAO Introduces UHF Reader Series
Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Asset Tracking Inc. (www.GAORFIDAssetTracking.com) introduces its UHF Reader Series (GAO 227004). This advanced UHF RFID Reader Series are long-range interrogators that are widely used for reliable data collection in Wireless applications such as identification, tracking and tracing, and localization of assets and personnel.
GAO’s advanced UHF RFID readers are able to transmit and receive data at distances of up to 300 feet. They can communicate even with rapidly moving tags due to the high transmission rate. Preinstalled software in the readers features data preprocessing and communication.
The UHF RFID Reader Series (GAO 227004) provide the following features:
• Adjustable output power levels enable the read/write range to be adjusted up to a maximum of 100 meters (300ft)
• 2,000 tags can be identified simultaneously
• Drivers for various operating systems allows for flexible and hardware-independent applications.
• The i-BUS (RS 422 or RS 485) permits daisy-chaining of several readers to a host interface and requires only one connection to the power supply and for data transmission.
