OpenSystems Publishing has announced their newest live webcast entitled: MicroTCA - A Powerful New Standard for Cost Effective Carrier Grade Equipment. The event will be moderated by Joe Pavlat.
MicroTCA is an important new platform standard for telecommunications, medical, and mil/aero markets. It uses Advanced Mezzanine Cards that plug directly into the system backplane. MicroTCA offers extremely high performance and bandwidth, and it is fabric based and fully managed. MicroTCA systems can scale from simple low cost simplex systems to large, fully redundant systems for critical infrastructure.
