Montreal, Canada, May 11th, 2009: TelcoBridges™, the preferred hardware and software supplier for telecom systems integrators and solution developers, today announced that it is hosting two Webinars with TMC on June 3rd and 4th which help service providers minimize the total costs of their telecommunications systems, and reduce their carbon footprints by leveraging TelecoBridges’ Green IT Architecture.

TMC’s Erik Linask is co-hosting both Webinars, and he will share TMC’s views on managing space and energy costs in the data center. TelcoBridges’ Director of Product Marketing, Kenneth Trueman, will discuss ways in which companies can cut almost 80-percent of their energy and cooling costs, while adding capacity and capabilities to their networks, with less space, and fewer rack units.

Session 1: TCOGreen Webinar: The Green Total Cost of Ownership – AMERICAS, will take place Wednesday, June 3rd, from 2:00-2:45pm Eastern Time / 11:00-11:45am Pacific Time. To register visit: www.telcobridges.com/TCOGreen and click on the TCOGreen Webinar Link.

Session 2: TCOGreen Webinar: The Green Total Cost of Ownership – ASIA, is scheduled for Thursday, June 4th, from 10:00-10:45am HKT. To register visit: www.telcobridges.com/TCOGreen and click on the TCOGreen Webinar Link.

These Webinars play an important role in TelcoBridges’ TCOGreen program, which also features online tools to help organizations measure energy and co-location costs, and a detailed TCOGreen White Paper that identifies why costs are rising in the data center, and illustrates how Tmedia optimizes resources, minimizes space & energy requirements, and results is a lower total cost of ownership. The TmediaTM Configuration Tool, the TCOGreen Tool, and the TCOGreen white paper are all available at: www.telcobridges.com/tcogreen

“What does it mean to “Go Green” in the telecommunications industry?” asks Danny Paul Blouin, VP of Marketing for TelcoBridges. “Is it about reducing your carbon footprint, or enhancing your company’s image? Or is it simply about becoming as efficient as possible? Our Webinar series will not only show attendees why the answer to all of these questions is “Yes” – but it will also provide step-by-step recommendations for making telecom networks more efficient, and driving measurable improvement to the bottom line.”
