DigitalRacks acquire DCB for undisclosed amount

DigitalRacks today announced its acquisition of turnkey website provider DotComBuilding(www.dotcombuilding.net). The amount has not been disclosed. The acquisition will mean DCB are now owned by DigitalRacks who also recently acquired LinuxHostingUK, who will be offering the websites free of charge with their web hosting packages.
DotComBuilding began trading mid 2006, and has since referred many companies to now owners DigitalRacks through an affiliate agreement.
The company has seen huge sales quantities through their advertising mediums.
"The acquisition will mark a new level of growth for us" said a DigitalRacks spokesman. They also said "the acquisition will not affect any customer of DotComBuilding, they will experience faster and better quality support, in addition to cheaper website options for new customers".
"Customers will experience new and improved features and controlability where they use our hosting services, and will see their service being more secure and reliable".
DigitalRacks have already taken control, as of last week. From that time, they became the official owners of the brand, assets, and customers. And will handle all queries.
DigitalRacks have already applied their new, easy to use website. It is also said that they have opted to transfer the contract with the supplier to supply all the current products in addition to supplying new products.
This month, rumour has it that DigitalRacks will be running an advert in Computer Active magazine (issue 223).
