Montreal, Canada and Sao Paulo, Brazil: October 15th, 2009 - TelcoBridges™, the preferred hardware and software supplier for telecom system integrators, solution developers and service providers, today announced a technology partnership with leading South American telecom vendor, Khomp. The two companies have initiated a co-marketing campaign this week at Futurecom 2009, in Sao Paulo Brazil, where TelcoBridges and Khomp are exhibiting at booth # C8.

Founded in 1996, Khomp specializes in providing integrators and service providers with customized hardware and software to meet their telecommunications needs. Khomp is one of Brazil’s top providers of hardware enabling computer telephony integration (CTI) and Asterisk applications. Khomp meets its customer’s needs by continually enhancing its product portfolio with best-of-breed technology. Today, Khomp is expanding its technology base through an OEM agreement with TelcoBridges.

By incorporating TelcoBridges’ award winning Tmedia telecom development platforms and media gateways into its solutions, Khomp is able to bring a higher level of performance, capacity, and density to its offerings. TelcoBridges’ technology also adds carrier-grade scalability, reliability, and SS7 signaling to Khomp’s product portfolio.

“Khomp is one of the most innovative and successful telecom vendors in Brazil, and we’re pleased to partner together to bring our carrier-grade products to their customer base,” said Daniel Paradis, Director of Worldwide Sales, TelcoBridges. “We’re looking forward to a great week in Brazil at Futurecom, and to working with our new partner Khomp.”

Futurecom 2009 is Brazil’s leading telecom and IT Event, featuring hundreds of exhibitors - and more than 15,000 visitors - who include IT executives, resellers, service providers, congressmen and delegates from more than 40 countries. The 11th annual edition of Futurecom will be held at the Transamerica Expo Center, from October 13th to 16th.
