MEN Micro forms strategic alliance with ACT/Technico -- ACT/Technico named primary distributor for North America

Lago Vista, TX, September 18, 2006 – MEN Micro, Inc., (www.menmicro.com), a leading supplier of industrial real-time and embedded computer products, has formed a strategic alliance with ACT/Technico of Warminster, PA, making that firm the primary distributor for MEN Micro's products in the U.S. ACT/Technico is a supplier and integrator of real-time and embedded systems.

MEN Micro and ACT/Technico have been technology partners since 2001. ACT/Technico has integrated MEN's single-board computers and other board-level embedded products into a number of systems for the Military/aerospace and embedded industrial computer marketplace.
